The terms governing your use of Ringkeeper.

By creating an account or using Ringkeeper, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Ringkeeper is an AI receptionist service that answers inbound business calls, books appointments, sends missed-call text-backs, and provides call transcripts and recordings, as described on our website.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate business information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation
- Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
- There are no long-term contracts — you may cancel at any time from your dashboard, effective at the end of your current billing period.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. A free trial, when offered, converts to a paid subscription only as disclosed during signup.
- We may change pricing with advance notice before it applies to your next billing cycle.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Ringkeeper to:
- Place or facilitate unsolicited robocalls, spam, or telemarketing in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or similar laws
- Record calls without the disclosures or consent required in your jurisdiction
- Violate any applicable law or third party's rights
- Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the service
- Reverse-engineer or resell the service without our written permission
6. Call Recording Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Ringkeeper's call recording and answering features complies with applicable state, federal, and international law, including consent requirements. Ringkeeper lets you configure call-greeting disclosures, but compliance is your responsibility as the business owner.
7. Intellectual Property
Ringkeeper and its underlying technology, trademarks, and content are owned by CapScale Technologies LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your business during your subscription.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Ringkeeper may connect to third-party calendar, CRM, or payment tools. Your use of those integrations is subject to the third party's own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
9. Disclaimers
Ringkeeper is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will always be accurate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CapScale Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Ringkeeper during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CapScale Technologies LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms, including claims related to call recording consent or telemarketing law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using Ringkeeper and cancel your subscription at any time.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date, and material changes will be communicated to you.
